Parking is available in two parking lots behind the health center on the corner of Patterson Street and 5th Street and to the side of the health center on Virginia Street. The health center is accessible via VTA route numbers 23, 66 & 68.
Patients can receive medical advice from an on-call provider when the health center is closed by calling 408.457.7100.
If you need immediate medical care go to an urgent care clinic, or if you think you are having a medical or psychiatric emergency CALL 911 or go the nearest emergency room.
