GETTING HERE
Parking is available on Hoppe Street, between Gold and Liberty Streets. The health center is accessible via VTA route number 59.
Patients can receive medical advice from an on-call provider when the health center is closed by calling 408.457.7100.
If you need immediate medical care go to an urgent care clinic, or if you think you are having a medical or psychiatric emergency CALL 911 or go the nearest emergency room.
