Parking is available in two parking lots in front of the clinic on Alum Rock Ave. and behind on Rose Ave. Clinic is accessible via VTA route numbers 23, 71 & 522.
Patients can receive medical advice from the on-call doctor when the Health Center is closed by calling 408.935.3900.
If you need immediate medical care go to an Urgent Care Clinic, or if you think you are having a medical or psychiatric emergency CALL 911 or go the nearest emergency room.
