GETTING HERE
Parking is available in two parking lots in front of the health center on Alum Rock Ave. and behind on Rose Ave. The health center is accessible via VTA route numbers 23, 71 & 522.
Patients can receive medical advice from an on-call provider when the health center is closed by calling 408.457.7100.
If you need immediate medical care go to an urgent care clinic, or if you think you are having a medical or psychiatric emergency CALL 911 or go the nearest emergency room.
