Parking is available at the Mexican Heritage Plaza on King Road as well as street parking. The health center is accessible via VTA routes number 22, 23, 77, and 522.
Patients can receive medical advice from an on-call provider when the health center is closed by calling 408.457.7100.
If you need immediate medical care go to an urgent care clinic, or if you think you are having a medical or psychiatric emergency CALL 911 or go the nearest emergency room.
