Parking is available behind the office off of 17th St. and East St. John St. Clinic is accessible via VTA route numbers 23, 66 & 523.
Patients can receive medical advice from the on-call doctor when the Health Center is closed by calling 408.935.3900.
If you need immediate medical care go to an Urgent Care Clinic, or if you think you are having a medical or psychiatric emergency CALL 911 or go the nearest emergency room.
