Medi-Cal Changes

Starting January 1, 2026, adults ages 19 and older who are undocumented and do not have Satisfactory Immigration Status will no longer be eligible to apply for full scope Medi-Cal. If you do not have coverage, sign up now to make sure you get access to health care insurance you deserve. Call us now at (408) 457-7100.

If you do not have Medi-Cal, sign up by December 31, 2025.

You can get access to full-scope Medi-Cal benefits if you are currently eligible, even with the upcoming changes.

Your renewal form will be mailed to you in a yellow envelope from your county Medi-Cal office. Please fill out the form and return it to your county office by the deadline.
