Dear Community,
It is a pleasure to inform you with very important and exciting news! On March 12th, 2019, the Gardner Board of Directors voted to consolidate Gardner Family Health Network, Inc. (GFHN) and Gardner Family Care Corporation (GFCC). As of July 1, 2019, we have officially merged GFCC into GFHN, DBA Gardner Health Services. In essence, the parent organization GFHN has absorbed the subsidiary corporation GFCC and thus will operate as one company.
This consolidation will enhance our ability to:
- Be more efficient and achieve economies of scale without the need to reduce programs or existing staffing levels.
- Have a more seamless referral process for our clients for all services offered by the two existing organizations.
- Better promote all of our services to our clients and outside partners.
- Strengthen our infrastructure to better support our various teams/programs/departments.
