Gardner Health Services is offering the Pfizer, Moderna, and Johnson & Johnson vaccine to all patients, clients, and the community at large at no-cost. Get vaccinated, complete your dosage, or get your booster. Open to ages 5 and up.

Insurance and immigration status will not affect your eligibility.

Is the vaccine safe and effective?
In order to keep you and your family safe from contracting COVID-19, Gardner Health Services recommends taking the vaccine as soon as you are able to. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration has worked closely with the pharmaceutical companies to ensure the vaccine is safe and effective for adults and children. It is important to complete your dosage of the vaccine and to get your booster shot when you are able.

COVID-19 Testing
No-cost COVID-19 PCR testing is available at all Gardner Health Services Health Centers in Santa Clara County. For a list of health centers click here.
Tests are available Monday – Friday from 8:30am – 4:00pm. To schedule your appointment, please call us at (408) 457-7100. Walk-in tests are available at our CompreCare Health Center and Gardner Health Center while supplies last.
Please note, with current surge of COVID-19, wait times at our health centers may be longer than usual, and results may take 3-6 days. Results will be delivered by email or phone call.
FREE At Home COVID-19 Tests
Every home in the U.S. is eligible to order 4 FREE at-home antigen COVID-19 tests. The tests are completely FREE. There is no cost and you do not need to provide a credit card number. Orders will usually ship in 7-12 days. Click here to order now.

Due to the shortage of testing supplies, Gardner Health Services is prioritizing testing for individuals.
We need your help so that resources are not wasted during this recent surge of COVID-19. If the following applies to you our your child/children, please DO NOT get a PCR test if:
- You have tested positive in the last 90 days
- You have already tested positive with a rapid home test
- You need a negative test to end isolation early (Please use a rapid home/antigen test which is the preferred testing)
If positive, PLEASE DO NOT EXPOSE ANYONE ELSE. You must follow the home isolation guidelines.
PLEASE DO NOT USE THE EMERGENCY ROOM FOR COVID TESTING.

Santa Clara County In-Home Vaccination Program
To be eligible for this program, residents must meet the Medicare definition of homebound. Patients are considered “confined to the home” or “homebound” if they meet both of these criteria:
- Patients either need supportive devices such as crutches, canes, wheelchairs, walkers, special transportation, or help from someone else to leave their home, due to illness or injury, OR have a condition that makes leaving the home medically inadvisable.
- There must exist a normal inability to leave home; AND leaving home must require a considerable and taxing effort.

What To Do If You Are Not Feeling Well
If you are experiencing any symptoms, please contact our Call Center at 408.457.7100, Monday through Saturday from 8:00am – 5:00pm. You will be provided with the option of a telehealth visit to avoid exposure. If it is an emergency, call 911 or visit your nearest hospital.
