What does WIC Provide?

  • No-cost healthy foods using the WIC card
  • Nutrition and wellness tips to help your family stay health
  • Farmers’ market checks to purchase fresh fruits and vegetables
  • Breastfeeding help, support, & a breast pump loan program
  • Help finding doctors, dentists and other community services
  • One on one, group and online education

You may qualify for WIC if you:

  • Are pregnant
  • Experienced a pregnancy loss/termination
  • Gave birth within the last six months
  • Are breastfeeding a baby under age 1
  • Have a child under age 5 (including foster children, legal guardians and single fathers
