A Nutrition-Assistance Program That Helps Families Eat Well & Stay Healthy
What does WIC Provide?
- – Free healthy foods using the WIC card
- – Nutrition and wellness tips to help your family stay health
- – Checks to purchase fresh fruits and vegetables
- – Breastfeeding help, support, & a breast pump loan program
- – Help finding doctors, dentists and other community services
- – One on one, group and online education
You may qualify for WIC if you:
- – Are pregnant
- – Experienced a pregnancy loss/termination
- – Gave birth within the last six months
- – Are breastfeeding a baby under age 1
- – Have a child under age 5 (including foster children, legal guardians and single fathers
