A Nutrition-Assistance Program That Helps Families Eat Well & Stay Healthy

What does WIC Provide?

  • – No-cost healthy foods using the WIC card
  • – Nutrition and wellness tips to help your family stay health
  • – Farmers’ market checks to purchase fresh fruits and vegetables
  • – Breastfeeding help, support, and a breast pump loan program
  • – Help finding doctors, dentists, and other community services
  • – One on one, group and online education

You may qualify for WIC if you:

  • – Are pregnant
  • – Experienced a pregnancy loss/termination
  • – Gave birth within the last six months
  • – Are breastfeeding a baby under 1 year old
  • – Have a child under 5 years old (including foster children, legal guardians
  •    and single fathers)
