What does WIC Provide?
- No-cost healthy foods using the WIC card
- Nutrition and wellness tips to help your family stay health
- Farmers’ market checks to purchase fresh fruits and vegetables
- Breastfeeding help, support, & a breast pump loan program
- Help finding doctors, dentists and other community services
- One on one, group and online education
You may qualify for WIC if you:
- Are pregnant
- Experienced a pregnancy loss/termination
- Gave birth within the last six months
- Are breastfeeding a baby under age 1
- Have a child under age 5 (including foster children, legal guardians and single fathers
